Senior Content Designer

Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, GA

We're looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our dynamic and collaborative content team. You're a thoughtful and curious writer who can turn complex ideas into clear, helpful experiences for users. You bring empathy, strong editorial instincts, and a problem-solving mindset to every project, and you thrive in fast-paced environments with diverse perspectives. In this role, you'll create user-focused help and support content—both in-product and external documentation—that empowers customers to succeed.

What You'll Do:

• Write, edit, and maintain user-facing documentation, guides, and support articles
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Design, and Research
• Participate in testing and hands-on research to understand how features work
• Conduct content audits to identify gaps, overlaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Use data and user feedback to identify pain points and shape content strategy
• Own the performance of your content—measuring effectiveness, making recommendations, and iterating as needed

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of experience as a content designer, technical writer, instructional designer, or related role
• Strong editorial and writing background, with an eye for detail and consistency
• Experience developing content strategies, editorial processes, and governance
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize effectively
• Confidence working in cross-functional settings and advocating for the user voice
• Comfortable learning and working in proprietary tools and systems

Tools You May Use:

• Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress, Contentful)
• Internal knowledge bases and version control tools
• Analytics tools for measuring content performance

Bonus Points:

• Experience writing for SaaS or digital platforms
• Knowledge of UX writing principles and accessibility standards
• Familiarity with Agile product development
