Content Strategist

Chainway Labs is seeking a Content Strategist to join our team at Citrea, Bitcoin’s First ZK Rollup.

At Citrea, our goal is to secure onchain finance with Bitcoin. We believe that Bitcoin and its values should be scaled to serve as the standard for decentralized finance. Achieving this vision requires scaling Bitcoin with zero-knowledge proofs, ensuring on-chain verifiability and data availability within the Bitcoin network. This approach makes Citrea the first scaling solution to enable more complex applications without compromising Bitcoin security and changing its consensus rules.

Role:

We are looking for a passionate marketer with a technical background, exceptional copywriting skills, and strategic vision. It's important to note that this role requires both strategy and hands-on execution. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and executing a content strategy that effectively communicates Citrea’s technology and value to both the Bitcoin community and the broader crypto space. You will be responsible for positioning Citrea’s technology and conveying its impact and culture. The ideal candidate is either crypto-native with a strong technical understanding or someone with a strong desire to learn the technical intricacies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine positioning and messaging that clearly communicates Citrea’s value proposition and resonates with target audiences.
• Establish and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including blog posts, tweets, memes, website copy, and videos.
• Monitor integrations and coordinate partnership efforts to support ecosystem growth and co-marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate on crafting and implementing marketing campaigns.
• Analyze competitors’ content marketing strategies and adapt accordingly.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and continuously refine strategies for improvement.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing or a related field.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with the language and dynamics of crypto Twitter.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage marketing team.
• Bonus: Familiarity with the Bitcoin community.
