About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Content Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to produce clear, technically accurate content that supports data-driven projects. This role requires hands-on experience working with JSON data and public datasets, with a focus on analyzing datasets to extract meaningful business insights. The successful applicant will be responsible for translating complex research findings into well-structured documentation, notebooks, and technical artifacts that are easy to understand and actionable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role involves close collaboration with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, ensure clarity, and maintain high standards of output quality. Attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts succinctly are essential. The candidate will support data exploration, validation, and reproducibility through scripting and documentation, contributing to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the research process.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience as a technical content writer, analyst, or software developer.
• A strong foundation in technical writing, with a proven ability to produce clear, accurate, and structured content, is essential.
• Familiarity with working with data formats such as JSON and the ability to interpret datasets effectively are required.
• Experience with Python scripting for data exploration, validation, and analysis is preferred but not mandatory as a core engineering role.
• Additional qualifications include familiarity with notebooks and scripting workflows to support analysis and documentation, a good understanding of code quality, formatting, and documentation best practices, and strong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are necessary.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze public datasets to derive actionable business insights and address key analytical questions.
• Explain reasoning, logic, and methodologies in notebooks or other suitable formats, ensuring clarity and reproducibility.
• Work extensively with JSON-based data, ensuring outputs are accurate, organized, and easy to interpret.
• Utilize Python scripting to support data exploration, validation, and reproducibility of analysis results.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of methods, assumptions, and findings to ensure traceability and transparency.
• Collaborate effectively with researchers and stakeholders to refine insights, clarify deliverables, and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, formatting, and documentation standards.
