Job Description

The Content Coordinator supports a team of Content Managers and Content Directors who develop compelling content tailored to each executive community we serve.This position conducts research,manages department tools and documents, posts content to websites, edits marketing copy, and occasionally travels to Evanta’s conferences.

Major Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

  • Support internal staff leading up to all events (in-person and virtual)
  • Provide data analysis, perform industry-specific research, and assist with content strategy
  • Generate tools and reports to assist the content department in successfully executing mission-critical priorities
  • Populate event topics on website, and assists with ongoing quality control of event websites
  • Input and update internal assignments in internal database (Phoenix)
  • Create semi-annual newsletter for entire Evanta staff
  • Cover calls with C-level executives for content managers, as needed
  • Prepare session abstracts, scripts, slides, ready docs, and speaker ask emails for Content Managers, as needed

Impact of Role: Expected Results 

  • This role supports the entire Evanta content department through processes, document creation, coverage, etc.
  • Success is measured through completion of content department projects, attendee experience and internal feedback

Relationships: Internal/External

Content Coordinators interact regularly with external clients, both C-level executive attendees and sponsors. They are responsible for supporting virtual events as well as in-person events. Internally they interact regularly with content managers, program managers, content directors, portfolio managers, and brand directors.

Education/ Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (undergraduate) preferred
  • Professional Experience
  • 2+ years business experience preferred
  • Technical/ Professional Skills & Competencies
  • Advanced WebEx skills, intermediate Excel skills, intermediate Google Suite skills
