Job description
We are looking for a Content Strategist to work closely with Honia Kader across two core areas:
- Coaching and supporting students inside Signature Brand Live coaching program
- Leading strategy and execution for Honia’s personal content
This is a hybrid role combining content strategy, coaching, and community leadership. You’ll act as both a trusted right-hand in Honia’s personal content strategy and a coach and mentor to The Signature Brand students building their own personal brands.
This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of personal branding and expert-led content, with the ability to translate strategy into high-performing content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community & Program Coaching (The Signature Brand)
- Act as the primary point of support inside the Signature Brand Live Discord community, answering questions and guiding students daily.
- Provide high-quality, strategic feedback on students’ content, messaging, positioning, and personal brand work.
- Review social profiles and content and provide detailed constructive feedback to help students improve positioning and performance.
- Facilitate accountability, engagement, and momentum through check-ins and coaching calls within the live coaching cohorts.
- Support onboarding and engagement of students within the program community.
- Track student progress, highlight key wins, and collate marketing materials and content (student testimonials, transformations etc.).
- Personal Content Strategy & Production (Honia Kader)
- Support and contribute to ongoing creative ideation across organic content, promotional content, and live events.
- Build strategic content plans for key launches and campaigns.
- Own and manage the monthly content calendar and production schedule.
- Act as a strategic partner on content direction, messaging, and positioning.
- Bring a strong understanding of what’s working across platforms and within the market.
- Organise and manage content systems, including scripts, assets, and folders.
- Continuously improve content workflows and overall output quality.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in content strategy and execution.
- Proven understanding of personal branding.
- Experience working with expert-led content (coaches, mentors, founders, educators).
- Experience in community management, ideally within a coaching, education, or creator-led program.
- Experience in content strategic advising (not just execution).
- Ability to give clear, constructive, and strategic feedback on content.
- Confident facilitating group discussions, coaching calls, and community engagement.
- Highly organised with strong systems thinking.
- Deep awareness of current content trends and what performs across platforms.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
