About the Role: We are seeking a creative and strategic B2B Content Specialist to develop and execute compelling content that resonates with our target audience, drives engagement, and supports our business goals. This role is ideal for a content enthusiast who understands the B2B landscape, is skilled in crafting impactful narratives, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Identify and analyze target audience personas to tailor content for specific stages of the B2B buyer journey.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
- Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and produce high-quality content including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, newsletters, and website copy.
- Create sales-enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, and product datasheets.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce authoritative content that establishes thought leadership.
- Content Distribution:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure content is effectively distributed across channels such as LinkedIn, email, and websites.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach and engagement.
- Leverage marketing automation platforms to design and execute content distribution campaigns.
- Performance Analysis:
- Measure and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Generate reports to identify content success metrics and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to refine and improve content strategy.
- Collaboration:
- Coordinate with design, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all content.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or freelance writers when needed.
Requirements:
- Proven 3+ experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on clear, concise, and persuasive language.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and buyer personas.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce.
