The Opportunity

We're hiring a Content Strategist to join an AI visibility platform that helps brands measure and improve how they show up across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews — in this role, you'll work inside our client's platform generating, editing, fact-checking, and tweaking content across multiple brand accounts, shipping the articles, FAQs, and comparison content that actually moves the needle for the brands they work with. You'll need range to adapt to distinct brand voices across accounts, sharp editorial judgment to verify factuality and source claims before anything ships, and the speed to iterate quickly based on feedback from the platform and from brand stakeholders — and along the way, you'll flag product gaps and patterns back to the team to help improve the platform itself.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

• Content Generation: Generate and edit content inside the platform, including articles, FAQs, comparison content, and other formats LLMs surface
• Brand Voice Adaptation: Adapt to brand voice across multiple accounts so the content sounds like each brand
• Factuality Verification: Cite sources, validate claims, and ensure nothing ships that the brand or an LLM can fact-check against you
• Fast Iteration: Iterate quickly based on feedback from the platform and from brand stakeholders
• Product Feedback: Flag product gaps and patterns back to the team to help improve the platform itself

What You Bring

• Content Experience: 4+ years writing or editing content for brands, agencies, or in-house teams, with samples that speak for themselves
• Editorial Judgment: Strong fact-checking and source-verification instincts, with as much care for accuracy as for style
• Brand Voice Range: Demonstrated experience writing in multiple distinct tones
• AI Proficiency: Comfortable using Claude (including Claude Skills) and ChatGPT in your daily workflow
• Technical & SEO Literacy: Experience with at least one SaaS marketing tool (e.g., WordPress, Google Search Console, GA4, HubSpot) and basic SEO literacy, including keyword intent, search intent, and internal linking
• Communication & Availability: Fluent in English verbal communication, an async-first communicator who writes clear updates, and available full-time on US hours

Bonus Points if:

• You have prior work in AI search, GEO, or generative engine optimization
• You have a background in journalism, editorial, or B2B/B2C content marketing
• You have experience writing from a brand style guide at an agency or large in-house team
