Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and innovative UX Content Specialist to join a Big 5 banking client digital delivery team on a hybrid basis in downtown Toronto. The UX content writer will join the for the Frontline User Experience (FLUX) team, you'll be responsible for writing, editing and managing content for employee-facing digital tools. The ideal candidate should possess a robust writing background, with experience in journalism and technical writing, particularly in UX. They should have a knack for persuasive marketing writing and demonstrate strong analytical skills. A background in technical or UX writing will be essential, as will the candidate's ability to craft persuasive marketing content. Strong analytical skills are a must to navigate process flows and tight timelines effectively.
Content Design: Create and update content using analytics and research. Ensure it meets CIBC's standards. Coordinate with the Translation team.
Content Operations: Maintain the content design system. Lead style guide reviews and drive enhancements. Manage and prioritize content backlogs.
Communication: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Use tools to support content updates and promote plain language.
Development and Collaboration: Manage multiple initiatives. Work with a cross-disciplinary team to provide great user experiences.
Quality Control: Use tools like Confluence, JIRA, and Figma to manage content. Assess new tools for efficiency.
Research: Participate in user research and make content recommendations. Prepare presentations for stakeholders.
