Job description
A content designer within will be responsible for creating, evaluating, updating, and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journeys of the products. They will be working alongside other content & interaction designers, user researchers, product owners and BAs to make design decisions, implement changes and also document them.
Must haves:
- Previous experience as a content designer
- Experience working on Gov projects
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of GDS patterns
- Experience of working in an agile environment
- Comfortable with presenting designs & decisions to senior stakeholders and client
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining user-centered content for digital services.
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Conducting user research, designing and iterating content, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure content meets user needs.
- Advanced proficiency in User Interface (UI) Design, as well as advanced proficiency in Visual Design and Stakeholder Management.
- You must also possess advanced proficiency in Visual Design and Development.
- Create and maintain user-centered content for digital services.
- Conduct user research to inform content design.
- Design and iterate content based on user feedback.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure content meets user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content is delivered on time and to a high standard.
