Job description
For our client, we are seeking a Staff Content Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Establish scalable programs that deliver customer insights and engagement
- Lead strategic initiatives to inform product strategy and add customer value
- Enhance Design organization’s influence by sharing insights and leading workshops
- Mentor designers and PMs in gathering better customer insights
- Define right programs to deliver insights that drive insight-informed decisions
Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS on large-scale projects
- Demonstrated high executional quality and organizational impact
- Independent in driving discovery and leveraging customer insights
- Proficient in leading ambiguous projects to actionable insights
- Skilled in mentoring and influencing others, including senior management
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Case studies showcasing impact on 2-3 content design projects, with openness to using AI for efficiency
