Join Lucanet as a Technical Writer (all genders) and become an integral part of our Knowledge Management team. You will create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for our software, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences. You will transform complex information into user-friendly content. Your creativity and ideas will flourish in our innovative and fast-growing international environment.
What you'll do
- Manage diverse documentation tasks for Lucanet's software.
- Enhance visibility and usability of existing knowledge.
- Create easy-to-understand texts and support with short instructional videos.
- Collaborate with the software development team on UX writing.
- Develop concepts for internal and external knowledge transfer.
- Engage in exciting projects in an expanding organization.
- Enjoy ample creative space to contribute your ideas.
What you bring to the table
- Have a degree or apprenticeship in technical editing, communication design, or information management, or two years of experience as a Technical Writer in the software sector.
- Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
- Ability to make complex information user-friendly with a flexible and creative approach.
- Basic knowledge of content management systems; experience with tools like Confluence, MS SharePoint, TechSmith Camtasia, and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
- Interest in new trends and AI in technical documentation; video creation experience is desirable.
- Basic project management knowledge and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
