Technical Content Writer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Meritto. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand complex SaaS products and translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation. This role involves creating and managing content for our help center, including user guides, tutorials, FAQs, and other technical materials to enhance customer support and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create comprehensive technical documentation such as user manuals, product guides, API documentation, and online help resources that are clear, accurate, and user-friendly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and customer support teams to gather and interpret complex technical information, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
• Help Center Management: Develop and maintain the help center infrastructure, including how-to sections, FAQs, and support articles, to facilitate self-service support for customers.
• Content Strategy: Assist in the development of content strategies and manage content calendars to ensure timely and consistent delivery of high-quality content across various channels.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor analytics on the usage of help center materials and gather user feedback to identify areas for content enhancement and improved customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Ability to understand and accurately translate technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and content management systems.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative tools.
• Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
