Overview

We are hiring Technical Writer for our Bangalore office.

Responsibilities

• Would be responsible for all documentation for a product ranging from solution documentation to deep technical guides, to end user on-line help.
• This position requires the ability to describe a highly technical solution in an easy to understand and concise manner.
• Takes care of the localization work required to offer our solution in several global languages.
• Is an integral member of the development and maintenance projects giving input to product managers and designers from an end user perspective

Requirements

• Any Graduate or Post-Graduate
• 3+ Years of experience in Technical Writing
• Agile methodology experience
• Excellent English written and verbal skills
• Experience writing for Windows applications
• Base knowhow in telephony concepts/business phone systems
• Technical enough to be able to install and maintain a lab environment with our software in order to have a system to use to properly describe our solution.
• Experience working in DITA/XML based authoring environment.
• Well versed in traditional documentation authoring tools
• Experience in conducting technical reviews
• Experience in publishing content in online formats
