Craft clear, compelling, and compliant proposals in response to federal RFPs and RFQs in the technology and data analytics space.

Responsibilities:

• Write compliant content based on RFP instructions
• Collaborate with SMEs and technical leads
• Maintain reusable content libraries and templates
• Format, proofread, and deliver proposals

Key Responsibilities for Technical Proposal Writer (GovTech)

Required Qualifications

2+ years federal proposal writing experience

Familiarity with FAR, GSA, and FedBizOps requirements

Strong writing and editing skills

Bonus:

APMP or Shipley methodology
