Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an Engineering - Technical Writer with our medical device client in Lafayette, CO. This is a 5-month contract with a potential for extension.
Pay: $45.00 - $55.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship.
Schedule: Hybrid, 3-4 days/week onsite
Description:
Contract Technical Writer supporting the CST Technical Communication team. Day-to-day work includes authoring and revising Instructions for Use (IFUs) and eIFU content in structured XML (DITA-like), managing content through the CMS and quality system publishing pipeline, performing IFU change effect analysis, supporting translation/localization review workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional partners (R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and software packaging/testing) to deliver documentation on project timelines. The role supports active medical device delivery and release work under regulatory oversight.
