Content Strategist / Content Manager

Reaktor is a global technology consultancy that designs and builds category-defining digital products and services.

We are looking for a Content Strategist / Content Manager to join our global Marketing and Communications team in Helsinki. The Marketing and Communications team is responsible for Reaktor’s brand image and website, marketing Reaktor to potential recruits and clients through digital means and events, communicating with the media and the public, and all marketing and communication efforts from strategy to implementation.

Do you get fired up by storytelling? Have a knack for creating compelling content that both resonates and delivers results? In this Content Strategist / Content Manager role, you will craft innovative content strategies that elevate our brand, engage our select target audiences, and drive our business objectives. You'll work with the Global marketing team and dedicated sales teams to bring campaigns and events to life with content. You can work on-site at our Helsinki HQ several days a week.

Your Daily Tasks Include:

• Develop, implement, and own the execution of content strategy tailored to our target audiences in select industries in Europe
• Manage a content calendar; Create and source content as needed
• Work closely and manage relationships with external partners
• Execute content-led projects together with Marketing and Sales teams and external partners
• Support Marketing and Sales teams on 360° campaigns across all relevant channels – and take them to new heights with great content
• Track and analyze KPIs and report on content performance while seeking opportunities to increase marketing and campaign effectiveness
• Work in close collaboration with global PR & communications to maximize the impact of content

To Thrive In This Position, You'll Need:

• At heart, you are a storyteller and you have strong writing skills and an eye for good copy. You are driven to write a copy that grabs attention and engages your reader. You have a proactive and self-starter approach and exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills in English.
• Deep understanding of modern marketing tactics and the ability to use them to create sustainable lead generation and content
• Ability to think at a high level and implement hands-on: You are a practical thinker, high on delivery
• Structured planning and budget management skills with an ROI-driven mindset
• Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in consulting or professional services marketing is a plus
• Experience in photo-editing, photography, video and editing, audio, and illustrations is a plus – but not necessary!
