Role/Title: Senior Content Designer - 8 - 12 Years

Mode of Hiring: Permanent

Location: Sydney

Job Description:

• Proven experience in content design and UX writing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred content across digital products and services
• Experience leading or contributing to content migrations, including content auditing, mapping and structured authoring
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone and style across multiple channels and audiences
• Exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise and engaging content
• Knowledge of content management systems such as AEM, WordPress or similar platforms
• Experience working within UX and product design teams, including familiarity with tools such as Figma, Confluence or equivalent
• Solid understanding of content design principles, information architecture and accessibility best practices
• Experience with SEO fundamentals and the ability to apply them without compromising the quality or clarity of the user experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across
