We're hiring a Content Manager with a sharp editorial eye, multilingual instincts, good project management skills, and a talent for guiding native writers to create, localize and continuously improve content that resonates across the world. You will oversee all our in-house content production from A-Z, such as landing pages, in-depth articles, app translations, email campaigns, editorials, and advertisements. This means you have to manage our pool of freelance copywriters - from hiring, to quality control, publishing and more.
What you'll do?
- Content operations: Build & maintain the editorial calendar for 26 languages; balance production, refreshes and campaigns.
- Editorial leadership: Brief, coach and QA a pool of freelance writers; enforce style, tone and SEO guidelines.
- CMS ownership: Be the power-user of our custom CMS; create and improve pages, work with our development team to improve the features.
- Workflow optimisation: Spot bottlenecks and collaborate with the content lead to find solutions.
- Voice & Quality Assurance: Run periodic audits, A/B tests and competitor benchmarks to keep our brand voice consistent and convert better in every market.
- Cross-team collaboration: Sync with SEO on keyword priorities and strategies, with Design on UX micro-copy and visuals, and all other teams for their content needs.
Your profile
- 5+ years managing web content at scale—ideally across multiple locales or markets.
- Experience with using content management systems.
- Proven track record of briefing & editing native writers and translators.
- Working knowledge of on-page SEO and how to measure content performance.
- Fluent written & spoken English; bonus points for any additional language.
- Comfortable juggling long-term strategy with day-to-day hands-on tasks.
- Curiosity-driven, data-literate and keen on process improvement.
Preferably
- Familiarity with AI or localisation tools.
- Experience in B2C SaaS, HR-tech or career-related products.
