Lead Content Designer at Salesforce

The Sales + Growth CDX team is on a mission to create products that are easy to use and set a high standard for user experience at Salesforce. Our content design team works collaboratively, iteratively, and strategically with our design, engineering, writing, research, and product partners to bring these designs to life.

You look at information architecture to make sure the narrative flow and structure of the design is logical and intuitive for users to follow.The experiences you create use simple language to reduce product complexity. You write the words, decide where they go, and how to deliver them inside our apps to help customers achieve their goals with Salesforce.Hand-in-hand with research and design, you work iteratively at the start of the product development cycle. Along the way, you'll gain experience gathering feedback, presenting to stakeholders, peers, and leaders about your work.

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $127,200 to $213,800.
For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $233,200.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
