We're Hiring: Marketing Designer

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Compensation: $1,600 – $2,000/month

About the Role

Our client is a high-velocity advertising agency delivering end-to-end marketing solutions, social, email, web, video, and design, for clients across multiple industries. They move fast, think strategically, and use AI tools to push creative execution further than most.

They are looking for a Marketing Strategist & Content Designer who is less about pixel-perfect technical design and more about strategic thinking, content creation, and running with ideas independently. If you can take a concept from zero to ready-to-execute — writing copy, planning content, auditing UX, and validating AI output along the way — this role was built for you.

What You Will Do:

• Develop and execute blog and LinkedIn content strategies across diverse industries
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to create on-brand copy and assets — then validate every output critically
• Conduct UX audits, review heatmaps, and turn data into clear improvement recommendations
• Manage content calendars across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube for multiple client accounts
• Coordinate seamlessly with designers, video editors, and social media managers
• Stay plugged into marketing trends, platform shifts, and the industries your clients operate in

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
• A strategic, independent mindset, you run with concepts and own them until execution
• Strong AI tool proficiency and the critical thinking to fact-check and refine every output
