At Na Serasa Experian, the Content Designer strategically contributes to the creation of experiences that truly make a difference in people's lives. We are looking for someone capable of transforming complexity into clarity, ensuring simple, consistent and efficient communication at all product touchpoints. This role goes far beyond writing for interfaces: you will be a reference in language within the team, collaborate in defining standards, and support product decisions based on evidence, contributing to more fluid and conversational journeys.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating content style guide and content Ops;
• Experience with conversational/AI products;
• Domain of customer/user journey; Content Design;
• Conversational DesignUX DesignProduct

Responsibilities

• Create clear and objective content for product interfaces, flows, and functionalities, strengthening the user experience.
• Develop and structure content that supports the entire customer journey
• Define language standards, tone of voice, and best communication practices, ensuring consistency at scale.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Research, Marketing, and Engineering teams to build solutions that combine clarity, impact, and business results.
• Support research initiatives to test and validate understanding, clarity, and effectiveness of content.
• Support AI initiatives bringing best practices and consistency
• Actively participate in the adoption of our product through onboarding strategies
