Marketing & Content Strategist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vancouver, BC. This role is responsible for developing and executing content strategies that support Skymart’s brand, services, and customer engagement initiatives across digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include planning content calendars, creating and managing web and marketing content, and coordinating with operations and sales teams to translate service offerings into clear, compelling messaging. The Strategist will analyze performance metrics, optimize content for reach and conversion, and ensure consistent tone and messaging across platforms such as the website, email, and social media. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify content needs, support campaigns, and maintain an accurate representation of Skymart’s shipping and logistics solutions is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy and Content Development plans aligned with business goals.
• Experience with Content Management tools and workflows to organize, publish, and maintain digital content.
• Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and customer-focused messaging.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, email marketing, and social media best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and optimize content based on insights.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in shipping, logistics, e-commerce, or related sectors is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
