Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of marketing content strategy.

Content Creation
- Create engaging content across multiple formats, including:

Campaign Development
- Lead brainstorming sessions and content ideation workshops.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Performance & Optimization
- Monitor content performance and leverage insights to improve engagement.
- Stay current on content marketing trends, SEO best practices, and digital marketing innovations.

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and business leaders.
- Support executive and departmental content needs.

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
- Experience
- 8+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, copywriting, or related roles.
- Proven experience developing and executing successful content marketing programs.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and digital channels.
