Technical Content Writer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Technical Content Writer to join our in-house content team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in technical content writing and the ability to transform complex technical concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain high-quality technical content, including blogs, product documentation, user guides, website copy, knowledge base articles, and marketing content.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, accurate, and engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Research industry trends, technologies, and competitors to develop informative, relevant, and up-to-date content that supports business objectives.
• Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency with the company's brand voice, style guidelines, and editorial standards while regularly updating existing content.
• Manage multiple content projects, meet deadlines, and contribute creative ideas to support product launches, content marketing initiatives, and overall brand growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a SaaS, Software Development, IT Services, or Technology company.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Jasper) to enhance productivity while maintaining content quality.
• Basic understanding of HTML, Markdown, or documentation platforms such as Confluence, Notion, or GitHub.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Surfer SEO.
• Portfolio showcasing technical blogs, documentation, product content, or knowledge base articles.

Requirements:
