We seek an experienced and proactive Webmaster and Content Strategist to oversee our website's functionality, maintain its content integrity, and strategize engaging content that drives user engagement and meets organizational goals. The ideal candidate will combine technical web expertise with strategic content development capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the organization's website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
- Manage website updates, including content uploads, formatting, and troubleshooting technical issues
- Regularly monitor website analytics to assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop and implement a comprehensive web content strategy aligned with organizational goals and audience engagement objectives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create relevant, engaging, and timely content
- Plan content calendars, manage editorial workflows, and ensure voice, tone, and messaging consistency.
- Optimize content for SEO, accessibility, and user engagement
- Perform routine updates and manage CMS (Content Management System), plug-ins, and integrations
- Collaborate with developers and IT to implement site enhancements and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for security and accessibility
- Provide regular analytics reports and actionable insights on web performance and content engagement
- Recommend and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user experience and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Compensation details: $72,000 - $85,000 Yearly Salary
