Job Responsibilities

• Analyze user information requirements and understand the user experience related to company products
• Define strategies for effective communication and provide feedback to product development
• Create and maintain policies, procedures, training manuals, and job aids
• Review documents for format, consistency, and compliance with procedures
• Document business processes and model workflows through flowcharts

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical writing or documentation
• Strong ability to gather and organize technical information
• Proficiency in creating and revising documentation according to company standards
• Familiarity with converting materials into a standardized format

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in technical writing or related fields
• Experience in creating flowcharts to document processes
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and practices
• Familiarity with electronic publication tools and layout coordination
