Content Coordinator

TalentoHC has partnered with a leading travel and hospitality company to find a Jr. Content Coordinator. The position will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to define and execute initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Build content pages in Builder.io using structured components and templates.
• Migrate existing content from the current website into the new CMS, including itinerary pages, blogs, destination pages, ship details, etc.
• Format text, upload images, and structure components based on page requirements and content models.
• Perform QA checks to ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and product teams to ensure timely execution of pages aligned with sprint deliverables.
• Help maintain a page tracking log to ensure smooth progress and audit coverage across all key content types.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a content management, digital marketing, or editorial production role.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Builder.io, WordPress, Drupal, Contentful, etc.).
• Basic understanding of responsive design and content hierarchy best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow structured workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to track and report progress effectively.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Preferred: Pacific Time Zone)

Duration: 3–6 months (Full-time or Part-time considered)

Start Date: June/July 2025
