As a Technical Content Author, you will be the backbone of our CMS operations, ensuring our content is expertly managed, QA'd, and optimized for performance. Your role will focus on the technical execution and maintenance of our online content, leveraging your expertise in CMS to troubleshoot, innovate, and ensure top-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• CMS Mastery: Take charge of our CMS, expertly building and managing content with precision. Become the go-to expert on our system and its capabilities.
• Content QA: Conduct thorough QA for new features and updates, meticulously testing to ensure everything functions flawlessly before going live.
• Bug Identification & Logging: Proactively identify, log, and track bugs or issues within the CMS, ensuring prompt resolution and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshooting: Provide swift and effective troubleshooting for production issues, using your problem-solving skills to find and implement solutions.
• System Optimization: Find unique and creative ways to utilize the current system and modules, pushing the boundaries of what's possible to bring new ideas to life.
• Efficiency & Detail: Work with hyper-efficiency, paying close attention to detail to ensure content is not only accurate but also optimized for user experience and accessibility.
• Technical Proficiency: Use your technical know-how to navigate and optimize the CMS, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
