The Communications & Marketing Team's mission is to increase awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the Batten School & VIMS and their mission among external audiences.
Position Summary:
This position is a key member of the Communications and Marketing Team. Responsibilities include overseeing the Batten School & VIMS web presence and playing a key role in executing content strategy and brand management using the web as a primary communications asset. This position serves as a strategic internal consultant for the website and provides support and oversight to unit-level web editors throughout the Batten School & VIMS. Additionally, the Website & Content Strategist will produce a variety of communications content focused on research, student success, community impact, advisory services and more.
Conditions of Employment:
This position may be subject to additional hours beyond the typical work week to include occasional evening and weekend work.

Advertised Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience
