Position: Senior Content Strategist
Compensation: $95,000–$105,000 annually
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. only)
About the Role
Weave Talent Partners is teaming up with a lean yet extremely powerful tech enabled agency looking for an experienced Senior Content Strategist to join a fast-growing agency that specializes in helping B2B brands thrive on LinkedIn. If you have a passion for high-quality content, a knack for turning complex ideas into engaging narratives, and a deep understanding of how to build a professional presence online, this role could be a great fit.
This is a unique opportunity to work with executives—founders, CEOs, and senior leaders—across software, agency, and professional services industries. You'll be responsible for crafting and leading thoughtful, creative LinkedIn content strategies that connect with their audiences and drive real business results.
What You'll Do
- Design tailored content strategies for clients that reflect their expertise and voice while also driving engagement, credibility, and inbound interest
- Act as a strategic advisor on B2B content and social strategy—especially on LinkedIn
- Conduct deep research into each client’s market to better understand their target audience and inform your strategic approach
- Ideate creative content formats including written posts, video scripts, polls, visual assets, and more
- Prepare interview questions each month that guide client conversations and generate meaningful content ideas
- Lead monthly client interviews (virtually) to capture their insights and stories
- Write compelling copy in each client’s unique tone and style, optimized for LinkedIn best practices
- Collaborate closely with creative teams, providing clear briefs for design and video editing
- Organize and manage content workflows using project management tools
- Build strong, proactive relationships with clients through regular communication and thoughtful feedback handling
What You'll Bring
- Experience working in a content or social strategy role within an agency or service-based business
- Strong writing skills, especially in a professional, B2B voice
- The ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities with ease
- A creative mindset paired with excellent attention to detail
- Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, collaborative, startup-style environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for earning client trust and buy-in
- Hands-on experience managing executive LinkedIn profiles
- A solid understanding of LinkedIn’s content ecosystem and how it fits into broader B2B marketing strategies
