We are looking for a person who is communicative, curious, and flexible.
The ideal candidate will be part of the Experience Design and Implementation, and will help us create satisfying and compelling digital experiences for the users of a product, based on the results of user research and workflow analysis.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Define content strategy for various sites related to Digital Solutions (a combination of knowledge management, re-usable digital assets, catalogue of digital services and a technology platform).
- Partner with UX/UI designers to design engaging and intuitive digital experiences that align with business goals and objectives.
- Support the creation of concepts, customer journeys, interaction flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes, information architecture with content strategy and intuitive copy.
- Oversee end-to-end the content strategy.
- Lead content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across Zurich platforms.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative data to inform copy decisions and measure the impact of UX improvements.
- Define, prioritize, coordinate and execute content management plans. Manage and deliver content for various websites, as part of the definition of Customer’s Experiences with our Zurich sites, and ensure key messages are part of the overall designs.
- Oversee work of external copywriters and content agencies – e.g. proof reading and adjusting the content to match our style
- Contribute to the adoption of Zurich tone of voice, empathy, customer, and user experience standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, to drive the development of successful customer experiences.
- Foster strong relationships with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and copy management.
- Coordinate with design teams and external agencies to create visual and interactive media (e.g. infographics, videos, etc).
- Participate in design reviews and present design concepts to executive stakeholders.
Your minimum qualifications:
- Communications degree with strong writing and verbal skills in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Digital Content Manager, UX Writer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and content strategy.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and user behavior insights.
- Ability to grasp complex technical and digital concepts (e.g. Cloud, DevOps, IT Architecture, etc).
- Experience using writing style guides (e.g. Economist guide is preferred).
- Ability to manage ambiguity and cope with uncertainty.
- Results & detail oriented.
- Good research and analysis skills.
- Proficient in English (Native level preferred).
- German and Spanish are a plus.
- MS Office.
- Basic Knowledge on CMS’ is a plus (Wordpress, Sitecore, etc.).
- Knowledge of insurance industry / insurtechs is a plus.
