Content Coordinator

Location: Full Time / 100% Remote (United States)

Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 per year

Job Description:

We are looking for a Content Coordinator to manage content production workflows, scheduling, and distribution across our digital channels. This role involves access to brand accounts and content management systems. A background check is required before starting.

Responsibilities

• Manage content calendars and coordinate deadlines across creative teams
• Publish and schedule content across website, email, and social platforms
• Liaise between writers, designers, and marketing teams to keep projects on track
• Proofread and quality-check all content before publishing
• Track content performance and compile monthly engagement reports
• Maintain organized content libraries and asset management systems

Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree in communications or marketing preferred
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills
• Comfortable using content management systems and scheduling tools
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• No prior content coordination experience required — training provided
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
