Behind every campaign ANANTA launches, every story we tell, and every message our clients receive, there is a voice that makes it feel like us. The Senior Content Strategist is the person who owns that voice, shapes its direction, and ensures it never wavers.
Salary Range: 45,000 - 55,000 THB / Month (Depending on experience)

Defining What the Brand Says
- Lead messaging strategy across all channels and touch-points, from social and digital to retail, PR, and customer communications
- Develop key messages, storytelling frameworks, and communication themes for campaigns, launches, and seasonal moments
- Set the standard for how ANANTA speaks, tone, voice, and language across every platform
- Ensure all communications align with brand positioning, values, and business objectives
Leading Content with Purpose
- Own the master content calendar, aligning all teams around shared communication priorities
- Lead content strategy across social media, website, LINE, EDM, CRM, and offline channels
- Identify content opportunities that build awareness, deepen engagement, and support commercial goals
- Ensure every piece of content is strategic, consistent, and optimized for its platform
Maintaining One Unified Voice
- Oversee quality and consistency across all published content, social, website, in-store, and beyond
- Review and approve key communications before publishing to uphold brand standards
- Coordinate messaging across paid, owned, and earned channels for seamless campaign execution
- Own and continuously evolve the brand voice guidelines and messaging frameworks
Growing and Engaging the Community
- Lead strategy for building and engaging ANANTA's online community
- Define engagement guidelines and the brand's approach to audience interaction
- Monitor sentiment and find opportunities to deepen connection with our audience
- Set community management standards that reflect the warmth and values of the brand
Working Across the Organization
- Partner with the Brand Creative Manager and Creative Director on campaign messaging and brand direction
- Collaborate with digital marketing to align content with performance and CRM goals
- Work with PR and partnerships on external communications and media messaging
- Support retail and experience teams with in-store and customer-facing communications
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in brand communications, content strategy, or editorial leadership
- Proven ability to build messaging strategies and content frameworks at a brand level
- Strong writing and editorial skills in both Thai and English, refined, precise, and brand-appropriate
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams or managing external contributors
- Deep understanding of social media, digital channels, and how content drives brand equity
- Strategic thinker who connects communication to business goals and audience insight
- Detail-oriented with high standards for quality, consistency, and brand alignment
Preferred
- Background in luxury, lifestyle, fashion, or premium brands
- Experience working across both brand and performance marketing environments
- Familiarity with content management tools
