About the Role

Job Title: Technical Writer

Location: Sacramento, 95826

Key Responsibilities

• Write procedural documentation for the financial services industry
• Understand banking and credit union products, services, and operational procedures
• Utilize banking/credit union software such as LoansPQ, Teller Navigator, and DataSafe
• Work with internal collaboration tools and knowledge bases
• Demonstrate advanced technical writing skills with a user-centric approach
• Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Manage time effectively and provide excellent customer service

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in writing procedural documentation
• Experience in the financial services industry

Salary Range:

The salary for this position is between $50,000 - $60,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
