Senior Content Designer

Autodesk is seeking a Senior Content Designer to drive innovation in content experience design and knowledge management to deliver a world-class digital employee experience. As a member of the Content Design, Knowledge Strategy & Insights team, you'll collaborate with various partners across internal organizations to help deliver and scale a knowledge strategy across enterprise products, platforms, and services.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Principal Content Strategist to build a scalable knowledge management approach for all phases of the content lifecycle across internal organizations
• Contribute to the design and development of internal tools, processes, and workflows for AI-powered employee experiences
• Develop content design standards, frameworks, and governance models
• Utilize information architecture principles for reusable, scalable, and connected experiences
• Craft user-interface text and in-product messaging
• Enable internal teams to adopt content standards and governance models
• Conduct research and define measurable indicators of success

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-quality in-product content experiences and knowledge management strategies
• Broad knowledge of information architecture principles
• Experience with modular content management systems
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in knowledge-centered methodologies
• Ability to thrive in evolving project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with generative AI in content development
• Content modeling experience in modular content management systems

Salary transparency

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $106,000 and $189,970. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
