Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Content Strategist to develop and execute effective content strategies that drive organic growth and improve search engine rankings. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with data-driven insights to produce engaging, optimized content that aligns with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the content strategy across all platforms (website, blog, social, email, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, SEO analysis, and competitive audits to inform content planning.
- Collaborate with designers, and SEO specialists to create high-impact, search-friendly content.
- Optimize existing content based on performance data and evolving SEO best practices.
- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
- Analyze content performance metrics (traffic, rankings, engagement, conversions) and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and style across all content.
- Stay up-to-date with content marketing trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in content strategy, content marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console), and content performance analytics.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates both creativity and optimization.
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress), HTML basics, and content management workflows.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in content writing.
- Basic understanding of technical SEO.
- Familiarity with content marketing funnels and lead generation strategies.
