Responsibilities
- Define and execute a customer-focused PLG strategy across the prosumer's journey—from awareness and evaluation to onboarding and retention—for enterprise and business audiences.
- Lead creation of diverse content assets and web revamp, web copy tailored to B2B SaaS buyers.
- Develop compelling narratives around the website and its features, use cases, ROI, workflows, and customer stories.
- Manage external vendors—setting briefs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style and messaging, optimized for search, and compliant with accessibility guidelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of content strategy and/or content marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally focused on productivity or collaboration platforms.
- Proven track record of creating high-impact assets that drive leads, pipeline, and customer engagement.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills—able to craft complex ideas into clear, engaging content.
- Familiarity with content management systems, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot), and content workflows.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders with clarity and purpose.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable testing, analyzing and iterating content based on performance.
- Experience managing freelance or agency partners.
- Strong organizational skills, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
