The Omnichannel Content Management Specialist is responsible for managing the creation, translation and the approval process of marketing assets for BDB EMEA, as well as maintaining the best visibility of those assets on our sales enablement platform (Showpad) as well as internally. This involves supporting the team with approved marketing collaterals, liaising with stakeholders during the copy-approval process, and driving marketing campaigns and digital assets. The role ensures that all materials are accurate, compliant, consistent, translated and aligned with campaign objectives. It involves close collaboration with a variety of stakeholders across commercial and functional teams, including the marketing team, medical and regulatory affairs, and legal associates.
The Omnichannel Content Management Specialist drives the copy-approval process, shares best practices across the BDB organization, and continuously provide feedback to identify areas for improvement. In addition, this role includes Showpad content creation and improvements, administrative tasks, general overlook and support.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in content management or a similar role within a matrix organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences preferred).
Language: Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus).
Skills: Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, project management expertise, proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Content Management systems.
