The Content Analyst will be responsible for producing strategic, persuasive content aligned with the company’s business objectives. The primary focus will be to support the marketing and sales teams by creating high-impact written materials — from web content and campaign copy to downloadable resources for landing pages and support materials for presentations and key meetings.
The main responsibilities you will have are:
- Write engaging, clear, conversion-focused content for different stages of the funnel (top, middle, and bottom).
- Create and optimize copy for web pages, landing pages, blogs, emails, and other digital assets.
- Develop support materials for sales presentations, product demos, and client meetings.
- Design and produce downloadable resources (eBooks, guides, datasheets, etc.) to support lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with key messaging, target audiences, and strategic goals.
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and user needs to improve content effectiveness.
- Assist in reviewing and editing materials produced by external agencies or internal teams.
- Collaborate in the creation of sales pitches, presentations, and commercial storytelling.
Support in:
- Outbound Lead Generation & Prospecting: support outbound efforts by identifying and engaging prospects through cold outreach and proven prospecting strategies to build a qualified pipeline.
- Market Research & Targeting: perform market research to define ideal customer profiles and uncover opportunities, improving targeting and messaging precision.
- AI-Powered Outreach Optimization: use AI tools to enhance lead scoring, automate outreach, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
What are the requirements?
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Literature, Journalism, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial or marketing content writing.
- Ability to write goal-oriented content (sales, conversion, engagement).
- Knowledge of copywriting and content marketing best practices.
- Previous experience creating content for digital media, websites, and/or SaaS platforms (preferred).
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear and effective messaging.
- Adaptability to different audiences and formats.
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred, not required).
