Naturally sweetened with monk fruit, Bubz delivers low-calorie, gut-friendly sodas in flavors like Classic Cola, Lemon Lime, Citrus Orange, and Strawberry. Designed for health-conscious, lifestyle-driven consumers, Bubz focuses on D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade channels, supported by premium packaging that fits active, on-the-go routines. The company aims to make functional beverages mainstream in India—offering a cool, aspirational soda experience without compromises or gimmicks.

Role Description

The Content Strategist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Content Strategist will plan and oversee end-to-end content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing editorial calendars, briefing and collaborating with writers and designers, and managing content workflows for campaigns, product launches, and ongoing brand communication. The role involves researching consumer trends, optimizing content for different channels (website, social, email, marketplaces), and measuring performance to refine strategy. The Content Strategist will work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create compelling narratives that engage Bubz’s target audiences and support growth in D2C, quick commerce, and modern trade.

Qualifications

  • Strong Content Strategy skills, including audience insight, channel planning, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Content Management, editorial planning, and managing content calendars and workflows.
  • Proficiency in Content Development and Writing, with the ability to create clear, engaging brand narratives.
  • Ability in Web Content Writing, including basic SEO best practices and adapting content for different digital platforms.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content or brand marketing, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or consumer brands.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with Indian consumer culture and trends is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment, with strong collaboration, organization, and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or a related field is preferred.
