We are looking to fill 2 mid-weight content design roles at Bupa.
Both roles are full-time and open to candidates from across Australia.
Opportunity snapshot
Working in the health insurance space, you would be responsible for creating, remediating and optimising complex and highly regulated content for our digital sales pathway. Which means designing content that's accurate, easy to understand, and compliant with digital content, legal, and regulatory standards.
Embedded within different multi-disciplinary squads, the focus of each role differs. One works on the upper-funnel pages of the sales pathway, the other on product details pages and product delivery.
Broadly, your day-to-day work would involve the exploration, discovery, design and delivery of content for multiple market segments. Sometimes to address compliance risk or respond to industry events, often to support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) initiatives. Always in close collaboration with a dedicated Product Manager, CRO Manager, an Experience Designer and UX researchers, as well as other stakeholders and specialists.
As part of the larger Content Design team, which spans many areas of Bupa, you'll report to a Content Design Manager and benefit from the support of your content design peers, including those working in the same area.
