Title: Content Designer

Job Description:
- Proven experience in content design and UX writing, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred content across digital products and services
- Experience leading or contributing to content migrations, including content auditing, mapping, and structured authoring
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt tone and style across multiple channels and audiences
- Exceptional writing skills with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex information into clear, concise, and engaging content
- Knowledge of content management systems such as AEM, WordPress, or similar platforms
- Experience working within UX and product design teams, including familiarity with tools such as Figma, Confluence or equivalent
- Solid understanding of content design principles, information architecture, and accessibility best practices
- Experience with SEO fundamentals and the ability to apply them without compromising the quality or clarity of the user experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with attention to detail
