Job Overview

Seeking a talented UX Writer / Digital Content Specialist to support a P&C insurance organization focused on pet, boat, and motor vehicle insurance. The role emphasizes SEO-driven digital content, long-form copywriting, and scalable page development rather than traditional microcopy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SEO-optimized content for insurance web pages and digital experiences.
• Develop scalable templates for state-specific insurance pages.
• Write long-form educational content (e.g., pet insurance matters, new owner guidance, coverage education).
• Collaborate with design, marketing, product, and content teams.
• Ensure alignment with brand voice, compliance standards, and SEO/GEO best practices.
• Utilize AI-assisted writing and prompt engineering tools for efficiency.
• Work within Figma to review page layouts and content placement.
• Participate in content reviews based on stakeholder feedback and metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Experience writing in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, pet insurance, or related sectors.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital content, long-form writing, landing pages, and SEO strategy.
• Experience creating scalable or template-based content structures.
• Familiarity with SEO content development and GEO optimization.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience using AI writing tools and prompt engineering.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

• UX Writing certification (preferred but not required).
• Experience with insurance agencies or insurtech organizations.
• Background in content strategy, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Understanding of insurance terminology and regulatory considerations.
