Content Coordinator

Role: Content Coordinator

Shift: UK

Role Purpose: Coordinating the timely fulfillment of recurring content outputs in line with defined schedules. Liaising with external contributors and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality content is delivered to deadline, identifying risks, mitigating delays, and reporting status updates.

Key Accountabilities:

• Liaise with contributors to ensure content is received in a timely fashion, including setting deadlines, sending reminders of due dates, and following up on delays.
• Work closely with content and production teams to ensure content is edited, amended, and finalised in time for publication.
• Utilise content management systems to coordinate and publish content.
• Organise and manage workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Handle phone and email enquiries related to content coordination.
• Maintain reporting, filing, diary management, and other administrative tasks.
• Identify, mitigate, and report risks to delivery timelines.
