Job Brief
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Writer to produce high-quality product documentation that enhances the usability and success of our products. You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and UX experts to ensure that our documentation is accurate, accessible, and aligned with the needs of our users. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of product features and documentation requirements
- Produce high-quality content that adheres to industry standards and aligns with the needs of the target audience
- Develop user manuals, developer guides, UI text, online help, and tutorials for various product features
- Translate complex technical concepts into simple, clear, and engaging content
- Analyze and enhance existing documentation with a focus on reuse and single-sourcing strategies
- Structure and maintain content to ensure a consistent information architecture
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in technical writing, particularly for software products
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality documentation
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical subjects and explain them clearly in both text and visuals
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with document management systems
- Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and related standards
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
