- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, developers, and brand teams to shape user flows and messaging
- Translate technical information and product features into user-friendly, benefit-focused language
- Ensure copy aligns with brand voice and tone while optimizing for clarity, accessibility, and usability
- Participate in wireframing sessions, content audits, and A/B testing initiatives
- Partner with SEO and analytics teams to support content optimization and performance tracking
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the content style guide and UX writing best practices
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in UX, product, or web copywriting—ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or digital products
- Strong portfolio of UX or web content that shows clarity, voice, and user-centered thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Figma, design systems, and content management tools
- Understanding of accessibility, SEO fundamentals, and UX writing standards
- Highly collaborative, organized, and detail-oriented
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience writing for financial products or regulated industries
- Have worked in agile, cross-functional product teams
- Love testing, iterating, and continuously improving content based on data and user feedback
