Credo is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead marketing content strategy and elevate our brand presence across all digital channels. The Content Marketing Manager will be the driving force behind high-impact content that deepens engagement with our core audiences and positions Credo as an industry thought leader for AI interconnect. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enhancing our brand voice.
Base salary range: $120,000 - $170,000 a year. The base salary offer will depend on factors such as education, experience, training, skills, qualifications, and location. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus, equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of content marketing experience, ideally within a B2B technology company or agency serving tech clients.
- High level of B2B SEO acumen.
- Strong social media marketing experience across LinkedIn and other professional/technical platforms.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to translate complex technology topics into compelling narratives.
- Experience managing content workflows, editorial calendars, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Brand and data driven mindset with demonstrated ability to connect content output to business success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the enterprise technology, semiconductor or IT services sector.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal or similar) and marketing automation tools.
- Background in brand strategy.
- Experience working with or managing creative teams and external agencies.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & SEO
- Develop and own a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Work with marketing operations and PR to advance keyword research, competitive analysis, and SEO audits to identify content opportunities and close search gaps.
- Build and maintain an editorial calendar that spans blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, customer email campaigns, landing pages, and pillar content.
- Optimize all web content for on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, structured data)
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations, PR and Product teams to improve site architecture, page speed, and crawlability in support of content goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on content KPIs using data to continuously refine the strategy.
Social Media & Brand Voice
- Work with the marketing communications team to document, and champion a consistent brand voice and tone guide used across all content and communications.
- Manage social content calendars, ensuring timely, on-brand publishing across channels.
- Partner with design, product, and sales teams to produce compelling assets including graphics, short-form video scripts, and targeted email campaigns.
- Monitor social listening signals and industry conversations to identify trending topics and real-time content opportunities.
Content Production & Management
- Write, edit, and proofread long-form and short-form content, maintaining a high editorial bar across all formats.
- Work with our internal subject-matter experts from the product and technical teams, to scale content output without sacrificing quality.
- Ensure all content meets the required brand, legal, PR and compliance standards before publication.
