Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Content Specialist role based in Kelapa Gading. The Content Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and editing content for corporate events across digital and offline channels, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand voice and communication objectives. Day-to-day tasks include developing event narratives, writing scripts, presentations, and promotional materials, and collaborating with the creative, production, and client service teams to translate event concepts into clear and engaging content. The role also involves coordinating content timelines, reviewing materials for accuracy and consistency, and adapting content for various platforms such as social media, websites, email campaigns, and event collateral. The Content Specialist will track content performance where applicable, suggest improvements, and support the team in delivering professional, high-impact event experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and editing skills, including experience in content creation for events, marketing campaigns, or corporate communications.
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging content for presentations, scripts, and promotional materials.
• Familiarity with digital channels (such as websites, social media, and email) and how to adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and account management, to deliver cohesive event content.
• Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple content requests and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency, tone of voice, and quality standards.
• Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced event environment, including occasional extended hours around key project timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
