Technical Content Writer – Networking, Cybersecurity & Web Development

Location: Rehmanabad, Rawalpindi

Job Overview: We are seeking a Technical Content Writer with a strong IT foundation in Networking, Cybersecurity, and Web Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, informative, and engaging content tailored to technical and non-technical audiences, supporting our knowledge base, blog, product documentation, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, concise, and accurate technical content including blogs, tutorials, whitepapers, and case studies.
• Translate complex IT concepts into user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with technical teams to develop content for cybersecurity protocols, network configurations, and web technologies.
• Assist in content strategy planning for SEO and brand authority.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest trends in IT security, networking infrastructure, and web technologies.
• Develop documentation for internal tools, user guides, and product manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in content writing, preferably technical writing.
• Solid understanding of:
  • Networking (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, protocols)
  • Cybersecurity (vulnerabilities, security tools, best practices)
  • Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, front-end/back-end basics)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to write for different audiences, from beginners to professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and research-driven writing.

Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):

• Experience with SEO writing and content marketing.
• Familiarity with Markdown, WordPress, or documentation platforms like Confluence.
• Certifications in Networking or Cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA, CCNA) are a plus.
