JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit User Handbooks, Technical Manuals, operational procedures, and any technical aggregates.
- Prepare and maintain Technical Specifications at UAV and Systems level and, product requirement documents in sync with market requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation. Manage updates and revisions.
- Interact with customer and approving agencies for the review and approval of documentation.
- Quality: Develop and implement quality and control processes.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project plan, check list, complete processes, and configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product management, Product marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality management, software engineers, Electronics Engineers, Hardware engineers, and Project managers, to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Stay Informed: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to drone systems to ensure compliance and competitiveness.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Aeronautical Engineering, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical).
- Knowledge of XML and DITA implementation.
- Proficiency in drone hardware and software, including flight controllers, sensors, and autopilot systems.
- Good command of languages (English and Hindi).
- Excellent Communication, problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Tools & Standards: Arbortext Editor, ISODraw, MS Word, Articulate 360, Adobe Premier pro, JSS 0251, JSG, ATA 100, iSpec2200, S1000D, and Simplified Technical English standards.
